BCS Tournament Entry Conditions

ALL TOURNAMENTS AND SIDE EVENT PARTICIPANTS, PLEASE TAKE NOTE

To enter Exhibition Hall 6C, Level 1, KLCC

1. Participants MUST enter the tournament hall via the entrance beside Aquaria, KLCC. (See image below) 

2. Then, participants MUST go to the Box Office on the right of the entrance to collect their entry tags. (See image below)

3. To collect entry tag, participant MUST; 

• Show proof of registration for designated BCS tournament/side event to staff.
• Show proof of Bushi Navi check-in for the specific tournament they are participating in.

4. Participants can then wait at the ‘Assembly Area’ marked in the image below

5. Our Engkodok Games staff will then bring participants in groups up into the tournament hall. 

6. Your tags will be verified & subsequently collected by Engkodok Games staff. 

NOTE: Staff will ONLY ALLOW entry into the exhibition hall via tags. 

Once you have entered, please refrain from leaving the hall unless for toilet breaks, meals and/or emergencies.

FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THESE TIMES MAY RESULT IN PARTICIPANTS BEING UNABLE TO ENTER THE TOURNAMENT HALL

*PLAYERS WITH BYE CARDS MUST HAVE THEM SUBMITTED TO SCOREKEEPER BEFORE CHECK-IN PERIOD ENDS (20min before tournament starts)
